Our bench cushions, in particular, feature a thickness of 4 inches and are handmade, with a size variation of ± 1 inch, which is within the normal range. When placing an order, we will initiate the confirmation of custom information to you, and we ask that you reply within 24 hours. In the event of an error during production, we will charge a 50% restocking fee, unless the mistake is ours.

Maintaining our cushions is easy. After opening, the cushion needs to be left for 2-3 days to restore its original state. You can place it in the sun to dry or pat it a few times to promote the recovery of the cushion. Stains can be easily cleaned with neutral soap and warm water, followed by air drying. Outdoor bench cushions are splash-proof and should be brought indoors on rainy days.
